Our Mission

To prevent child abuse and grooming through education, awareness and empowerment.

Every child deserves to know that their body belongs to them, that no secret is worth keeping if it makes them feel unsafe, and that there is always an adult who will listen.

The three things we do

Education

Age-appropriate materials that teach body safety, boundaries and consent in language a four-year-old and a twelve-year-old can each understand — and that give the adult reading along something to say next.

Awareness

Plain explanations of how grooming actually works, for parents, teachers and youth workers. Most abuse is committed by someone the child already knows and trusts, and recognising the pattern early is what stops it.

Empowerment

A child who has been told they are allowed to say no — even to a grown-up — and who has named their trusted adults out loud is a much harder child to groom. That rehearsal is the point of everything we publish.

Who we are for

  • Children aged 4–12, reading with an adult.
  • Parents and carers who want to start the conversation and don’t know how.
  • Teachers and youth workers who need something classroom-ready and free.
  • Survivors and advocates working to make sure it happens to fewer children next time.

What we will not do

A mission is also a set of refusals. These are ours, and they are binding on what we build:

  • We will not create accounts for children, or ask a child for their name, age, school or photograph.
  • We will not track visitors for advertising, or sell or share what we hold about anyone.
  • We will not open a channel through which an adult stranger can contact a child.
  • We will not put a resource behind a paywall.
  • We will not publish material that frightens a child into compliance rather than equipping them.

How we know it is working

We track how many children our materials reach, how many schools and organizations use them, and what parents and teachers tell us happened afterwards. The number that matters most — a child who spoke up in time — is one we will never be able to count, which is exactly why the rest are worth measuring.

Help us do more of it

Every resource on this site is free because someone paid for it.
